Marshall Advertising will work on all aspects of the builder’s advertising and marketing, including the exciting Southern Living project. Javic Homes is the Bay area’s exclusive Southern Living Magazine Builder, with plans to open the Tampa Showcase Home in Spring 2014. The home will be located on the waterfront in the South Tampa neighborhood of Beach Park. Javic will design and build the home, showcasing the best the area has to offer in design, custom home construction and technology.

Javic broke ground on the Southern Living project on June 5th and construction is underway on the 5,000 sq ft West Indies style waterfront residence. Once completed the fully furnished and decorated home will be open to the public for six weeks, with all admission proceeds benefiting two local charities – All Children’s Hospital and Operation Finally Home.
